Filsun Moussa is a leadership coach and strategist focused on helping individuals navigate complexity across life, career, and leadership.

An Austin, TX native and first-generation Somali American, Filsun now calls Memphis, TN home, where she lives with her husband and two children. She brings over 15 years of experience in the MedTech industry, where she has led within highly regulated, complex environments and developed a deep understanding of systems, decision-making, and execution.

Filsun holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Memphis and a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from Louisiana State University – Shreveport. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Adwam-certified Life Coach.

She is the founder of Filsun Moussa LLC and the creator of The Mobility Paradox™, a leadership philosophy designed to help individuals and organizations navigate the tension between movement and continuity—growing, evolving, and leading without losing what matters.

Through her work, Filsun helps clients gain clarity, align their direction, and take intentional action across the interconnected systems they are navigating.
